The Earth Breaking ceremony of the project has begun with Milad & Dua Mahfil and followed by earth cutting event at the project premise, dated on 27.01.2021.

It is a South Facing corner plot apartment project constructing on a 5.09 Katha land and located at: Plot No: D/11, Road No: 06, Block-D, Niketan, Dhaka.

Each living floor will be single unit in nature with around 2379 Sq. Ft. in size including following features:
