The HR, Admin, Planning, and Public Relation Department of ASSURE GROUP took immense pride and joy in successfullyorganizing a remarkable two-days long seminar titled "𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯." The event, held from 19th to 20th May 2023 at the exquisite DERA Resort and Spa in Manikganj, was a resounding success, setting the stage for a brighter future for ASSURE GROUP.

We were deeply honored to have Mr. Md. Sheikh Shadi, the esteemed Chairman of ASSURE GROUP, inaugurating the seminar as our Chief Guest. The presence of all the MANCOM Members, alongside responsible and significant members of ASSURE GROUP, made this event truly momentous.

The seminar revolved around the theme of enhancing interdepartmental relationships to foster organizational growth. Participants engaged in vibrant discussions, exchanging valuable insights and ideas. The brainstorming sessions were instrumental in formulating strategies that would contribute to the progress and prosperity of ASSURE GROUP.

To ensure effective implementation of the seminar's outcomes, the top management dedicated quality time with each department, providing comprehensive guidelines for future development. Heads of Departments (HoDs) enthusiastically presented their future action plans, demonstrating their commitment to achieving the organization's objectives.

As the first day of the seminar drew to a close, we celebrated with a delightful cultural event, followed by a splendid gala dinner. The festivities created an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy, further strengthening the bonds among ASSURE GROUP members.

On the second day, we had the distinct honor of commemorating the Birthday Celebration of our Honorable Chairman, Mr. Md. Sheikh Shadi. The event was filled with heartfelt wishes, gratitude, and admiration for his remarkable leadership and vision.

This seminar truly embodied the spirit of growth, collaboration, and unity within ASSURE GROUP. The valuable insights gained and the strong sense of camaraderie developed during these two days will undoubtedly drive us towards even greater success in the future.
